Crisis Management training

Kidnap & extortion management workshop

Our one-day Kidnap for Ransom workshop provides you the opportunity to deal with a Kidnap situation from start to finish. Throughout the development of a real case, participants will be guided through the anatomy of a kidnapping.

 

This workshop provides a test of decision-making, incident management, and communication with all stakeholders. It is supported by an experienced response consultant to deliver the best possible solution to a complicated and highly emotional crisis.

Kidnap avoidance and survival

This 0.5-day training is designed for those traveling through medium to high kidnap risk countries and is a practical and realistic preparation to reduce the risk of being abducted.

 

The training covers different types of kidnappings, including standard kidnap, express kidnap, tiger kidnap, and virtual kidnap. 

In the event of an abduction, this training provides the best options to survive physically and mentally to this ordeal.  

 

A number of recommendations contained in this training come from the analysis of numerous cases and debriefs we have carried out with former kidnap victims.

Hostile Environment Awareness Training (H.E.A.T)

This 4-days immersion course is a highly realistic preparation to travel and to work in extreme risks areas. Participants are immerged in a “foreign country” and dive into a continuous storyline filled with different scenarios, including training and simulated exercises. The course is provided in a secured environment and the training is gradual, from theory to guided exercises. The intensity levels increase each day so that participants can practice their new skills under more realistic conditions. Participants will be confronted with hostile situations, insecurity pressures and ethical dilemmas.

Safe learning:

The safety of all participants is our main concern. There are several groups of trainers and actors involved in the course and they are all directed by our core team of special advisors and supervisors to offer the best possible course to any participants. We are aware that each participant come with a different background and with different expectations as well. We would adapt parts of the program and provide personal guidance accordingly.
